1 c. warm water
1 T. yeast
1/4 c. sugar
3 T. plain yogurt
1 egg
2 t. salt
4 !/2 c. flour (part whole wheat)

1 t. garlic salt
1/4 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water until frothy (10 minutes). Stir in sugar, yogurt, egg, salt, and enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead 6-8 minutes. Cover and let rise 1 hour. Punch dough down and make golf ball size balls. Heat griddle on high. Roll balls into thin circles and place on griddle. Brush with melted garlic butter and flip when bubbly (2-3 minutes). Brush other side with butter also.
