Pizza Pockets Recipe

Dough:
1/2 c. warm water
1 1/2 T. yeast
1 T. sugar
3/4 c. warm milk
4 T. butter
2 t. salt
5 1/2 c. flour (part whole wheat)

Make regular pizza sauce or
8 oz. tomato sauce
2 t. italian seasoning
and whatever pizza toppings.
Sausage, pepperoni, ham, cheese, etc.

Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar. Mix in the rest of ingredients and let dough stand for 10 minutes.
Divide dough into 20-22 balls. Roll in circles and spread with sauce and toppings on half of circle. Fold over and seal edges with fork. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with parmasean cheese. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Can freeze and use for lunches.
