2.5 lb Tart Apples, peeled and sliced thinly
1 cup Sugar
2 tbsp Flour
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Butter
1 (9in) Pie Shell, unbaked

Directions:
Directions:
Mix half sugar with the flour and spices. Toss apples in flour mixture. Pour into pie shell and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix remaining sugar with 1/2 cup flour and cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 400 for 45-55 minutes.
