1 cup Boiling Water
4 Eggs
1 cup Plain Flour
1/2 cup Butter

Filling:
1 (3oz) box Instant French Vanilla Pudding
1 3/4 cup Cold Milk
1/3 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tsp Pure Vanilla

Icing:
1 stick Margarine
1 cup Sugar
1/3 cup PET Milk
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Add butter to boiling water and stir using wooden spoon (only use wooden spoon) until butter is melted. Add flour and stir well, cook until smooth. Remove from heat and cool. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well with wooden spoon until mixed completely into dough. Drop by 1/2 tsp onto parchment paper covered pan. Bakes on 375 for 35 mins, reduce heat to 200 and cook 10 more minutes. Let cool completely.

Mix all filling ingredients until thick and well blended. Cool in refrigerator for 10 minutes. Cut puffs in half and fill each with pudding.

Melt margarine in sauce pan, add sugar and milk, bring to boil. Cook additional minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips and vanilla. Beat until thickened. Spoon over top of filled cream puffs.
