Asian Yummo Chicken Recipe

5tsp olive oil
Chicken thighs (5 or so bone in skinless)
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp orange juice
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp ketchup
4 garlic cloves minced
1/4 tsp Chinese 5 spice

2 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp cold water
Sliced green onions

Cook chicken parts in olive oil over medium heat u rio no longer pink

In a small bowl whisk water, brown sugar, orange juice, soya sauce, ketchup, vinegar, garlic and 5 spice. Pour over cooked chicken. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered 30-35 minutes in until chicken is tender, turning occasionally.
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir into pan with chicken to thicken. Sprinkle with green onions. Serve with rice.
