Oriental Cabbage Salad Recipe

1 pkg coleslaw salad
3 chopped green onion
Few fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup slivered toasted almonds
1 pkg oriental noodle soup

1/2 cup oil
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp white sugar
1/2 tsp pepper

Toast the slivered almonds in a 350F oven for about 5 minutes, just until they begin to brown, watch them
Combine the first 3 ingredients
In another bowl, combine the flavour packet from soup with the last 4 ingredients and mix well
Pour over cabbage mixture and toss
Crush noodles from soup and add to salad with the slivered toasted almonds just before serving
