1 pound Brussels sprouts, washed and trimmed
4 slices of quality bacon (chopped)
3 Tbl. real maple syrup
1 tsp. Kosher salt
2 Tbl. extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400.
Brush the roasting pan with some olive oil.
Sprinkle the Brussels sprouts with olive oil and maple syrup.
Mix the chopped bacon with the sprouts.
Roast in the oven for approximately 17-20 minutes.
Serve warm.
