2 medium sweet potatoes, (white potatoes or combined can be used)
2 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. garic powder
1 Tbsp. dried minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with a nonstick cooking spray.
Scrub potatos well.
Peel, slice in half length wise, then slice in half lengthwise again so you have sticks about the size of steak fries.
Place potatoes in a bowl and coat with olive oil.
In a small bowl mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion.
Add to potatoes and toss until ech piece is coated.
Arrange potatoes in single layer on prepared baking sheet and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

Serve immediately.
