2 cups sugar (Dixie Crystal - extra fine)
2 cups sifted plain all-purpose White Lily Flour
1 cup butter-flavored Crisco
7 whole eggs (grade A large)
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 tsp. pure lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Mix sugar and flour in bowl. Make hole in mixture and add 7 eggs and Crisco (beat eggs first). Blend with mixer on low for 12 minutes. Add vanilla and lemon. Grease and flour a 10" tube pan. Do NOT use bundt pan. Grease tube pan with butter-flavored Crisco. Spoon cake gently in pan. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes on 325º.
