4 or 5 eggs beaten
1/2 cup oil
3 cups grated zucchini or broccoli cut tiny
1/2 cup parmesan reggiano cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. parsley
1 cup Bisquick

Directions:

Mix and pour into 8x8 pan greased with oil
Bake at 350 degree for 30 minutes, no cover
