2 cups flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups shredded carrots
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup oil
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350
Grease and sugar 9 x 5 loaf pan.
Mix all ingredients just until blended.
Pour into loaf pan.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick text clean.
Cool 10 minutes. Loosen edges and remove from pan.
