CRUST:
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup pretzel (or graham cracker) crumbs
1/4 cup sugar

FILLING:
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
3/4 cup chocolate malt powder
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

CRUST:
Stir together well. Pat in bottom of 9" spring form pan.

FILLING:
Beat cheese until fluffy in large bowl. Blend in milk and add other ingredients. Beat thoroughly.
Pour into crust and bake at 300º for 65 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.

Cool and chill.
