•1 cup flour
•1 cup water
•2 teaspoons cream of tartar
•1/3 cup salt
•1 tablespoon vegetable or canola oil
•food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a 2 quart saucepan, add 1 cup of flour, 2 teaspoons of cream of tarter, and 1/3 cup of salt.
2. Add food coloring to the 1 cup of water.
2. Pour water and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into the pan
3. Turn your burner on medium/low and stir. It will be a little lumpy. That’s okay.
4. Once the dough starts gathering together around the spoon you know it’s done.
5. Let it cool and the kids can help you kneed it.
