Ingredients:  
1 1/2 cups long grain minute rice
1 onion chopped
2 stalks celery chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste
2 cans chicken broth
4 chicken breast , cut in pieces

can add broccoli pieces if desired

Directions:

Mix soups together with broth

Add rice and spices, onions and celery

Salt and pepper

mix together and then mix in chicken pieces

bake at 350 for 1 hour
