1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp celery leaves chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/4 tsp salt
4 large potatoes cut and peeled

Break up ground beef and saute over medium heat 8-10 min

Add onion, celery and leaves and saute 5 min

Stir in soup, milk, w. sauce, pepper and 1/4 of the salt

Remove from heat

Place 1/2 of potatoes in greased pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt

Spoon half ground beef over potatoes and rest of salt

Layer the other half of meat mixture

Cover and bake at 400 for 1 hour
