Personal Notes:
I have served this dish to many of hungry teenagers! NCL, soccer teams, swim teams and water polo teams just to name a few. I have even sent it up to the Sacko's cabin. Make it ahead off time and serve it with a little salad and French bread. This is an easy dinner to serve a large group. It has always been a hit.
***I like to triple this recipe and freeze some for another time. This way I can get my ingredients in bulk at Costco. I never knew which group of teens would show up at my house next. But always loved it when they did!
