1 lb sausage or cubed ham
6 eggs
2 c milk
12 oz frozen hash browns
1 tsp salt
1/2 lb shredded cheese
1/2 c diced green peppers
1/4 c diced onions
Mushrooms if desired

Brown sausage, drain well.

Thaw hash browns to room temperature

Mix mushrooms with onions and peppers

Beat eggs and milk together, then add ham or sausage

Put in 13 x 9 greased pan, cover with cheese

Bake at 350 for 45 -60
