2 cups ricotta
3 T minced scallions (white and green parts)
2 T fresh minced dill
1 T fresh minced chives
Salt and pepper to taste
Sourdough bread, Italian bread or baguette
Olive Oil
1 whole garlic clove, cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
Combine herbs, ricotta, salt and pepper. Set aside. Slice bread, brush with olive oil and toast or bake (1-2 minutes to warm). Rub with garlic, season with salt and pepper and spread with herbed ricotta.
