3 pounds chuck roast, cut into bite-size pieces, or beef stew pieces
3/4 cup margarine
3/4 cup chopped onion
3 tablespoons tomato paste
3 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
3 tablespoons cool water
1 pint sour cream
Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat in the margarine. Add the onion and cook for 5 minutes. Add the tomato paste, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir all the above ingredients into meat, then simmer slowly for 1 hour. Mix cornstarch with the water until smooth. Stir into mixture. Cover and simmer 10 minutes long, stirring often. Take off the direct heat. Add the sour cream. Serve over noodles.
