1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup baking cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Optional: Nuts, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, toffee chips, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients, including any nuts or chips you want to add. In another bowl, combine oil, eggs and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients, stir just to combine. Spread in a 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
