Directions: |
Directions:1. Empty your jar of salsa into a bowl 2. Cut your avocado and dice it and add it to the salsa 3. Rinse your frozen corn in a colander to defrost and drain 4. Add Corn to salsa 5. Gently stir so as not to mush your avocado 6. Place your super enhanced salsa into a fancy bowl 7. Convince everyone that you made the salsa with your homegrown organic tomatoes and onions 8. Bring tequila to go with your "authentic" Mexican dish 9. Feed everyone tequila to make step 7 more believable |

Notes: It's Salsa, only better?
I made this recipe up on a whim and my niece, Tiffany really liked it. Tiffany asked me to include it in our family cookbook. The avocado and corn really do make the salsa taste fresh. It tastes best the first day. Leftovers still taste ok, but the avocado turns a not-so appetizing shade of brown.
