Mexican QUICHE

1 lb pork sausage (spicy optional)
1 c pepper jack cheese
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c onion
1 4 oz green chiles
1 T. minced jalapeno pepper if you like spicy
10 x large eggs, lightly beaten
1 t chili powder
1 t ground cumin
1/2 t garlic powder
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1 carton heavy cream

make 2--9 in pie crust

cook sausage and drain
mix onion, green chilies, and cheese, set aside
mix eggs and cream , chili powder, cumin, garlic powder,
salt and pepper together.
Mix all together and pour in 2 crust

Bake in preheated 375 deg oven for 30 min
or until knife comes out clean
