1 refrigerated pie crust
1 1/4 cup canned sweet potatoes
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 lightly beaten egg
7/8 cup of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line pie pan with pie crust. Mix all ingredients together adding one at a time in the order given. Fill pie crust with filling. Bake in 350 degree oven until toothpick comes out clean in the center of pie. Top off with whipped cream when serving if desired.
