3 Eggs
2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Vegetable Oil (or sub Apple Sauce)
2 Cups Ripe Bananas - mashed
3 Cups All-purpose flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts
2 tsp Vanilla

Directions:

1. Grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350.
2. In a bowl, beat eggs. Blend in sugar and oil. Add bananas and vanilla and mix well.
3. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ground cloves, nutmeg and salt, stir into egg mixture.
4. Bake 50 - 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
