1/2 Cup Cold Milk
1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 sm. box vanilla or chocolate instant pudding mix
8 oz. Cool Whip (thawed)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat first three ingredients on low for 1 minute.
2. Stir in 8 ounce thawed Cool Whip.

Tips:
1. If using vanilla pudding you might add a few drops of red food coloring for pretty pink frosting.
2. Melt a Hershey chocolate bar and mix in.
