Ingredients: Crust: 22 Oreo Cookies 3 tablespoons melted Butter 1 tablespoons Sugar
Filling: 8 ounces Cream Cheese (softened) 8 ounces Whipped Cream (softened) 1 tsp Peppermint Extract (if stronger pepperment flavor is desired) Candy Canes (if desired, crushed)

Directions:1.) Crush Oreos in food processor and add melted butter and sugar. Press mixture into bottom and partway up sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to firm. 2.) In a bowl, add softened cream cheese and 1 Party Time Mixes Candy Cane Dessert Mix. With a mixer, blend until smooth. Slowly fold in the whipped cream (cool whip). Add peppermint extract into filling mixture if stronger peppermint flavor is desired. (Note: If you don't want to use peppermind extract, you can instead add crushed peppermint to the actual filling to offer a stronger peppermint flavor.) 3.) Pour/spread into pan and chill for at least 1 hour or until firm. You can garnish with dollops of whipped topping and crushed peppermints if desired. |
