1 lb mushrooms (or lots)
1 lg onion, chopped
3-4 cloves garlic
¼c low salt tamari
4 stalks celery, chopped
2 lg carrots, chopped
1 potato, diced
½tsp ground thyme
¼tsp ground sage
1 Tlb tomato paste
¼c whole wheat flour
low salt vegetable broth till desired thickness
1 can black beans, rinced

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the mushrooms into a fry pan with a little water and saute'. Chicken of the Woods mushrooms make this a fantastic stew. Add onion and garlic and saute till onion translucent. Add remaining veggies and spices being careful not to burn. Sprinkle flour on top and stir till all well combined. Last add the black beans. Add the veggie broth till desired thickness and cook till veggies cooked

Serve with salad and fresh bread! But not to Phynn or Joe Foley. They are not mushroom connoisseurs!
