1 oz. fat free sour cream
1 small fat free, sugar free vanilla or white chocolate pudding
equal to taste
1 large drained can of crushed pineapple

Graham cracker crust:
16 graham crackers, crushed
1/2 cup splenda (or sugar)
1/2 cup light margarine, melted
Mix together and pat into pie plate

Mix sour cream, pudding mix, pineapple and let sit in a bowl for 1 hour. Fold in I small carton light cool whip. Place in graham cracker crust. Place in freezer for 2 hours.
