2 cans black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can southwest corn (small can)
1 can sweet corn or 3 ears of corn cooked and removed ( large can)
1/2 pack grape tomatoes
handful of cilantro
1 tbsp light olive oil
2-3 tbsp lime juice
2 avacados

mix all together day of or night before EXEPT AVACADOS
chop and add them when ready to serve
