¼ c soy sauce, divided
1½ lb pork tenderloin
2 T sugar
¼ c flour
¼ c vegetable oil
1 c cold water
1 T cornstarch
¾ c walnuts, chopped
White rice, cooked
Chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, pour 3 T soy sauce over pork

Cut meat into 1½ inch cubes. On plate, combine sugar and flour. Roll pork cubes in sugar-flour mixture.

Pour oil in wok or large skillet. Heat. Add ½ of pork and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until browned. If using skillet remove meat, if using wok, push to the side. Add remaining pork and stir fry 3 minutes.

If using skillet return pork to skillet, simmer covered for 30 minutes or until fork tender.

In a small bowl, combine water and cornstarch. Push the meat to the side and slowly stir water mixture into meat drippings. Add remaining 1 T of soy sauce. Cook slowly until mixture thickens.

Combine pork and walnuts with gravy. Cook 3 minutes.

Serve over hot steamed rice with chow mein noodles.
