8 slices buttered bread, cubed
8 eggs, beaten
4 c. Milk
1 (4oz) Can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
Ham, cubed, or becon, crumbled
( amount desired)


1/2 c. Onion, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 to 2 c. Shredded Chedder Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mixed together first 7 ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Before baking, add cheddar cheese. Bake in a 9 x 13 pan for one hour at 400
