2 Tbsp. Oleo
2 Tbsp. Flour
2 c. Milk
Salt to taste
1 c. Shredded cheese

1 c. Chopped onion
1 c. Ham or bacon ( can use sausage and cold meat)
3 Tbsp. Oleo
1 doz. eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Come behind oleo, flour, and milk; cook until bubbly. Stir until smooth. Add salt and cheese. Stir to melt. Set aside. Sauté onions and meet in oleo beat eggs and combined all together. Pour into greased 9 x 13“ pan bake for 40 minutes at 350°
