5 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg beaten
1 1/2 cup flour
2 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
1/4 tsp. Salt

1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 c. Milk
6 Tbsp butter melted
1/2 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar thoroughly. Add eggs and mix well. Add sifted dry ingredients alternate early with milk. Feel greased muffin tin‘s half full. Bake in moderate oven 350° for 20 to 30 minutes. Take out of pans immediately. When the donuts are still hot, roll them in melted butter and then in sugar combined with cinnamon.
