1 1/2 Tbsp Yeast
1 C water and 2 tsp sugar
3 C flour
1 tsp salt
Oregano, Black Pepper, Basil
2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and blend and knead and form into ball and let rise 1 hour. Use olive oil on hands as you form the pizza dough on the pizza pan. Use a stoneware pan when baking. Bake at 425º only the dough for 5 minutes, then remove and add all ingredients with spaghetti sauce and then cheese and then layers ingredients (whatever you want on your pizza). Then bake at 425º again for another 10-12 minutes.

This is such a good dough recipe for pizza and I have used it for years. I always liked making individual size pizzas and let you girls choose and make your own.
