Ingredients:  
2 cups cooked rice (3/4 cup uncooked)
1 package frozen chopped broccoli cooked
1 can cream of celery soup
1 small jar cheese whiz
1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook broccoli and rice
2. Combine with cheese, soup and chestnuts.
3. Place in buttered casserole dish
4. Top with bread crumbs
5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
6. Do not cover while baking
