1 Roast
Red potatoes sliced
1 sliced white onion
2 red or green peppers sliced
1 stick cinnamon
1/2 cup of sangria for citrus flavor
1/2 cup Worchester
1 cup water
1 bay leaf
lightly topped with red pepper flakes
sprinkle with sea salt
sprinkle with course pepper
top with garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon jack daniels

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and cook 3.5 hours for a red center, longer for well done.

One note never let the Sangria over power the other ingredients. I usually mix in additional Worchester if needed. The color of the broth should turn light brown and not stay red as the wine.
