3 lbs hamburger
1 large onion chopped
garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1tsp cumin
6 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 cups water
1 can tomato sauce
1 can rotel
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 can beans
Louisiana hotsauce according to taste
optional 1 small can chopped Mexican green chilis

Directions:
Directions:
Coat the meat and onions with garlic and brown draining off any excess grease at the end.
Mix all ingredients bringing to a boil and simmer for one hour.

The heat of this dish can be adjusted by increasing the chili powder and hot sauce according to taste.

Lightly salt at first 1-2 tsp since this is the easiest way to ruin the flavor
