2 cups of diced seeded cucumber
1 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives
1/4 cup diced red onion
3 tablespoons of Italian Parsley
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
