1C milk
1/2C butter, melted
1t. salt
1t. baking powder
1lb Monterey Jack
4C cooked spinach – try to steam, wring-out, and chop your own fresh spinach, but if in a pinch, you can use the frozen kind.
1 (7oz) can of diced green chilies

Mix everything and bake in greased 9x13" at 350 for 35 minutes.
