1 large Zucchini
I jar of maranara
Garlic butter
S&P
Parm cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375

Cut Zucchini in half

Scrape seeds out with spoon

Brush with garlic butter s&p generous with salt
Then back 15 mins

Pull zucchini out and fill with marinara and meatballs (I use gf meatballs)

Bake 10 mins

Pull out and sprinkle Parmesan or/& motzerella bake for 5 more mins.
