3 cups unsifted flour
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of oil
1/4 cup of orange juice
4 eggs
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
3 teaspoon of baking soda
2 cups of bluberries
5 tablespoons

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 7 ingredients for 4 minutes (very thick). Flour blueberries lightly and fold into
batter. Pour half of batter into a greased, floured bundt or tube pan. Mix sugar &
cinnamon together. Sprinkle half of this onto batter. Repeat. Bake at 350 for 1 -1/4
hours ( check after 50 minutes)

We would go blueberry picking at Roses Berry Farm in South Glastonbury. I would put the blueberries on cookie sheets & freeze them. Once they were frozen I would transfer them to plastic bags & freeze them. At Christmas time I would make this cake, wrap it in foil, put it in a gift bag with Christmas plates & napkins for teacher gifts.
