3 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
˝ red onion, finely chopped
1 yellow or orange pepper, chopped
˝ C cilantro, chopped
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can peaches – retain liquid and chop
1 can corn, drained
Juice from two large limes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add the juice from the peaches and the limes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
