1 c. Onion, chopped
2 Garlic cloves, minced
2 T. Canola Oil
salt/pepper
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried basil
1 c. carrots, diced
1 c. celery, sliced
1 c. zucchini, sliced
4 c. Chicken Broth
1 c. cooked cannelloni beans
¼ c. red wine
1 c. tomatoes, chopped
¾ c. uncooked elbow macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and garlic in vegetable oil in large pot. Add remaining ingredients (except for macaroni) and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes. During last 10 minutes of simmering, add the macaroni and cook until al dente (about 8 minutes).
