1 C brown sugar
1 C white sugar
2 Tb. butter
1 C pecans
½ C cream

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve sugar in cream and bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Add butter and pecans and cook to soft ball stage. Cool without disturbing; then beat until thickened but not until it loses its gloss. Drop by Tb on well-greased flat surface. The candy will flatten out. Makes 20 pralines.
