Ingredients:
3 - 4 or desired amount of boneless chicken breasts
Desired amount of vegetables, fresh, frozen or canned. (Choose the veggies your family loves!)
1 - 2 cups of chicken broth
1 - 2 cans cream of chicken soup ( I use Campbell's cream of chicken with herbs)
1/2 - 1 whole pkg. of potatoes, depending on your taste (Ore Ida's diced country time hashbrown potatoes work well)

TOPPING:
1 stick butter
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in large saucepan with water until completely cooked and tender. Can add onions or celery for more flavor Let chicken cool and shred or cut into desired size. Add your veggies. In a separate bowl, mix chicken broth and soup together. Pour over chicken and vegetables. Mix together well and place in your casserole dish. Preheat oven to 350º and mix your topping while waiting.

TOPPING: Mix together all ingredients well and pour over top of your chicken mixture. Bake approximately 45 minutes - 1 hour or until your crust is golden brown.

Note: If you have made extra, put in freezer, but do not add topping. After thawing from freezer and ready to bake, add topping then.
