1 C sugar
1 Tb. cornstarch
2 Tb. flour
2 Tb. cocoa
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
3 Tb. melted butter
½ Milk
¾ C coconut
½ C pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all dry ingredients, add eggs, melted butter, and milk. Add coconut, nuts and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
