12 Russet Potatoes(medium sized)
8 oz. Sour Cream
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup of milk
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cheddar cheese grated-2 cups (divided)

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes for 1 hour at 400º. Make sure they are soft and done. Let cool a bit so you can handle them. Cut them in half- length wise. Scoop out the insides of the potatoes and add the next five ingredients, mix thoroughly with a mixer. Make sure it is the consistency that you want. Add half of the grated cheese to the potato mixture, mix. Put the potato mixture back into the skins of the potato. Top with cheese. Cook until heated throughout. 350º for 20 min. or 30 min. if cold.

These are great to freeze too. Bubba always did! Add cheese on top after they are thawed.
