Frozen or refrigerated crust for 9" pie
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated skim milk 3 eggs
18 packages Equal sweetener or 5½ tsp. Equal measure or ¾ C Equal spoonful
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. ground ginger
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
⅛ tsp. ground cloves

Beat pumpkin, milk, and eggs in bowl. Beat in remammg ingredients. Pour into 9" pastry shell. Bake at 425° oven I 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake until knife inserted in the center comes out clean, approxim ately 40 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Makes 8 servings.
