2 cups pumpkin
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

FROSTING:
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
* Mix all ingredients together

Directions:

Beat sugar and butter, add pumpkin and eggs. Beat until smooth and add flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix well. Bake at 325º for 25 minutes in greased and floured 10 x 15 pan.
