4 - 6 sweet potatoes (whatever amount you desire)
1/2 - 3/4 cup brown sugar
1/ tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Allspice
1/2 bag mini marshmallows
Add cinnamon to your own taste; can also add pineapple (drained) or pecans in amount to your liking.

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and boil your potatoes just like you would mashed potatoes. Add your salt while boiling them until tender. Remove from heat and drain. Add your butter and seasoning and beat with mixer until smooth and creamy. If you are adding pineapples or pecans, add and mix gently, then pour into oven safe casserole dish.

Pour on marshmallows and cook in oven until marshmallows are melted and golden brown. Heat on broil so be careful and watch closely!
